Our Shop

Most of the products in our shop are available to quickly personalise using our online design tool. You simply select the wedding stationery template you’d like to use, follow the ‘Create Design’ link on the listing and then customise the template with your requirements. When you’re happy your design is perfect, you can confirm your design. You’ll then be redirected to your basket where you can purchase your personalised design.


90% of our catalogue is available to personalise using our online design tool, however from time-to-time you may see items which you can’t personalise yourself. Instead of ‘Create Design’ on the listing, it will simply say ‘Add To Basket’. Some of the reasons for these exceptions include the following:

With every personalised product, whether available on the design tool or not, you always have the option to have us design it for you. So if you’d rather not design your wedding invitations online, or if you just can’t see an option to create your wedding stationery yourself, just let us know and we’ll be happy to create your design for you.

Custom Quotes

If you’d like lots of finishing options with your wedding invitations, you may like a quote upfront. Once quoted, instead of sending you to each listing for the individual parts of your quote, we’ll simple set you up with a single quote on our custom listing page. From here you’ll only have the option to ‘Add To Basket’. With this in mind, you can either send us your wording and requirements for us to create your design for you, or you can visit our main catalogue home page to begin your design yourself.


Once we’ve received your order, we’ll send you a confirmation with your print ready PDF as we prepare your items for print. We’ll be sending you the design you’ve already confirmed, so this isn’t part of the proofing process, but instead a confirmation that we’ve matched your design with your order. With that being said, if you do spot an error with the PDF we send you, you’ll have 12 hours from receipt of your confirmation to let us know and pause print (further details will be provided in the confirmation email).


Once confirmed for print all order will be dispatch in 1-2 working days.
