You can print all of your guest names on their own individual place cards. If you’d like menu choice printed on the reverse too, please get in touch and we’ll let you know what we can do.

Size

Each card measures 90x90mm when laid flat and they fold the 90x45mm.

Your Design

Your design is created, proofed and approved by you using our online editor. We won’t check your design before printing unless specifically requested. Please check carefully to ensure all the details are accurate – this includes spelling, punctuation, dates, colours and the layout. Proofing is your responsibility, so the design that is confirmed by you will be the design that is printed. If there is a printing error with the approved proof, we can’t unfortunately offer you a refund, return or free reprint. If you do have any issues, we’ll be happy to work with you to resolve the issue as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Photo Printing

You’re welcome to add photos to any of our place card designs. We want your prints to look as good as possible and a great quality photo is one of the best ways to ensure they look their best. All photos should ideally be high resolution as this will guarantee the best results in print. Colours and photos on screen can often look lighter than the finished results. Dark photos will print even darker.

Delivery

All place card orders will be securely packaged and dispatch with a tracked and express courier. If you’re an international customer and would like to reduce your order cost, please get in touch, we have cheaper (but slower) shipping options which may work for you.

Production Process

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll print and dispatch within one working day. For the same day dispatch we ask that you purchase by 10am (GMT). If you do miss the deadline by a few minutes, let us know, we’ll do everything we can to help.

These include Table Plans, Table Name Cards & Wedding Programs and once the wedding is over, we also have matching Thank You Cards. If you can’t see your particular design in our shop, just let us know and we’ll be happy to create it for you for no extra charge.
