You can create your design before or after you purchase. We will contact you with the design link if you purchase before you design.
Your table plan will be professionally mounted to 3mm foam board and it will arrive ready to use. We would recommend displaying your table plan on an easel – check with your venue as they may have an easel you can use.
We offer three great table plan sizes – we personally recommend A1.
A3 – 420 x 297mm
A4 – 594 x 420mm
A1 – 841 x 594mm

Your design is created, proofed and approved by you using our online editor. We won’t check your design before printing unless specifically requested. Please check carefully to ensure all the details are accurate – this includes spelling, punctuation, dates, colours and the layout. Proofing is your responsibility, so the design that is confirmed by you will be the design that is printed. If there is a printing error with the approved proof, we can’t unfortunately offer you a refund, return or free reprint. If you do have any issues, we’ll be happy to work with you to resolve the issue as effectively and efficiently as possible.
You’re welcome to add photos to any of our table plan designs. We want your prints to look as good as possible and a great quality photo is one of the best ways to ensure they look their best. All photos should ideally be high resolution as this will guarantee the best results in print. Colours and photos on screen can often look lighter than the finished results. Dark photos will print even darker.
Packing & Delivery
Ensuring your table plan arrives with you safely is our number one concern. With this in mind, we securely package all table plans in layered cardboard, with plastic corner protectors. In the unlikely event that your table plan is mishandled during transit and has subsequently resulted in damage to your board, just let us know we’ll be happy to replace your table plan as a matter or urgency.
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll print and dispatch within one working day. For the same day dispatch we ask that you purchase by 10am (GMT). If you do miss the deadline by a few minutes, let us know, we’ll do everything we can to help.
The Full Range
If you love this design, we can keep the same theme for all of your wedding stationery. We offer the full range of on-the-day items. These include Place Cards, Table Name Cards & Wedding Programs and once the wedding is over, we also have matching Thank You Cards. If you can’t see your particular design in our shop, just let us know and we’ll be happy to create it for you for no extra charge.
