Printing guest names on wedding invitations is a functional and stylish additional extra you can add when ordering your wedding invitations. Guest names printed on each invitation will ensure your guests aren’t tempted to bring their extended family and it looks great too,
How It Works
When designing your invitation we usually recommend including a line to indicate the position and style of your guest names. For example ‘Guest Name Printed Here’. When you’ve made your purchase, you can send us a simple list with your guest names. With one invitation per line and ideally no numbering or bullet points, we’ll merge your guest list to your design and send you a preview for approval before your wedding invitations go to print.
Your Design
Your design is created, proofed and approved by you using our online editor. We won’t check your design before printing unless specifically requested. Please check carefully to ensure all the details are accurate – this includes spelling, punctuation, dates, colours and the layout. Proofing is your responsibility, so the design that is confirmed by you will be the design that is printed. If there is a printing error with the approved proof, we can’t unfortunately offer you a refund, return or free reprint. If you do have any issues, we’ll be happy to work with you to resolve the issue as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Production Process
Once you’ve placed your thank you card order, we’ll print and dispatch within one working day. For the same day dispatch we ask that you purchase by 10am (GMT). If you do miss the deadline by a few minutes, let us know, we’ll do everything we can to help.
The Full Range
If you love our wedding invitations, we can keep the same theme for all of your wedding stationery. We offer the full range of on-the-day items. These include Place Cards, Table Name Cards, Table Plans & Wedding Programs. If you can’t see your particular design in our shop, just let us know and we’ll be happy to create it for you for no extra charge.
