Proofing is your responsibility, so the design that is confirmed by you will be the design that is printed. If there is a printing error with the approved proof, we can’t unfortunately offer you a refund, return or free reprint. If you do have any issues, we’ll be happy to work with you to resolve the issue as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Photo Printing
