About this design
Bright mint-teal watercolour washes float at the top-left and bottom-right corners of the board against a cream ground. Names hand-set centred in classic black calligraphy script at the top with the venue and date below, and the seating arranged in clean columns below: a top-table row, then numbered or named tables with guest lists in confident black serif and table headers in soft gold. Built for spring and summer weddings where the fresh palette lifts the venue entrance, garden marquees, country house lawns, coastal-leaning receptions. A1 landscape, 594 by 841mm, mounted to 3mm Foamex board, easel-ready. Order three to four weeks before the wedding once the seating is final. Unlock the plan from your dashboard any time before 7am tomorrow morning, after which it locks for print and the seating is fixed.

What size is a table plan?
Table plans are printed A1 landscape (841 × 594 mm), the same size as our welcome signs. They're designed to stand on an easel or hang at the entrance to your reception so every guest can find their seat at a glance.
How do I add my guest list to the table plan?
Type or paste your guest names directly into the editor, one name per line per table. You can add, remove, or move guests between tables at any time before you order. The layout adjusts automatically.
How long does printing take?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days after approval. The table plan ships flat in a protective rigid envelope by tracked courier, usually next working day after dispatch.
How many tables can I include?
Our table plans support up to 18 tables (a top-table row plus three to eighteen). If you're hosting more than that, get in touch, we can quote a bespoke layout to fit.
What is the table plan printed on?
Table plans are printed on 3mm Foamex board, the same substrate as our welcome signs. It stays rigid and flat on an easel throughout your reception, no warping or curling.
Can I make changes after I've ordered?
Orders can be cancelled or amended until 7am the morning after you place them, as long as production hasn't started. After that, we're unable to make changes, so double-check your guest list carefully before submitting.
