About this design

Made for rustic-warm country weddings where peach and dusty pink florals run through the centrepieces, dried botanicals sit at every cover and brass candles line the trestle tables. The board holds the floral cluster along the top edge with the guest list arranging in clean columns across the centre, table names or numbers as the headers above each section. Built for barn, country house and English garden marquee receptions where the seating plan sits at the venue entrance. A1 landscape, 594 by 841mm, mounted to 3mm Foamex board, easel-ready. Order three to four weeks before the wedding once the seating is final. If your venue is not in our bank yet, send a clear photo and we will hand-draw it onto the corner of the board, 3 to 5 working days, no additional cost added.

Frequently asked questions

What size is a table plan?

Table plans are printed A1 landscape (841 × 594 mm), the same size as our welcome signs. They're designed to stand on an easel or hang at the entrance to your reception so every guest can find their seat at a glance.

How do I add my guest list to the table plan?

Type or paste your guest names directly into the editor, one name per line per table. You can add, remove, or move guests between tables at any time before you order. The layout adjusts automatically.

How long does printing take?

Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days after approval. The table plan ships flat in a protective rigid envelope by tracked courier, usually next working day after dispatch.

How many tables can I include?

Our table plans support up to 18 tables (a top-table row plus three to eighteen). If you're hosting more than that, get in touch, we can quote a bespoke layout to fit.

What is the table plan printed on?

Table plans are printed on 3mm Foamex board, the same substrate as our welcome signs. It stays rigid and flat on an easel throughout your reception, no warping or curling.

Can I make changes after I've ordered?

Orders can be cancelled or amended until 7am the morning after you place them, as long as production hasn't started. After that, we're unable to make changes, so double-check your guest list carefully before submitting.
