UK Deliveries
We will send most items with an express dedicated courier as standard as such, our standard shipping method, will see your wedding stationery delivered with an express, tracked courier in 1-3 working days. However, we do have the option to upgrade to express delivery, which is estimated to take 1-2 working days (It’s usually the next working day).
If you’re nearby, you’re welcome to collect from us.
Exceptions: Whilst we’ll send most wedding stationery with a dedicated courier, we will send some low value items are sent with standard Royal Mail post to ensure these items remain cost effective for you. These items include sample packs.
International Deliveries
We will send most items with an express dedicated courier as standard as such our standard shipping method, will see your wedding stationery delivered with an express, tracked courier in 2-5 working days.
Exceptions: Whilst we’ll send most wedding stationery with a dedicated courier, we will send some low value items are sent with standard Royal Mail post to ensure these items remain cost effective for you. These items include sample packs.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Our Packaging
We’re committed to reducing our carbon footprint as much as possible:
All of your luxury wedding invitations will be package using recycled, or recyclable materials.
We will use kraft paper packaging tape, instead of plastic cello tape.
We will use recycled and recyclable corrugated card to package your stationery securely, instead of bubble wrap. (If you do see plastics or bubble wrap in your order from time to time, it’s because we’ve reused materials we’ve received and encourage you to do the same).

Our FSC certified materials denote that trees are harvested responsibly so there is no net loss of forest over time. Forests with irreplaceable values, such as old-growth forests, are identified and maintained. Reversing deforestation and maintaining irreplaceable forests are crucial to fighting climate change.

Our FSC certified materials denote that all workers are provided with proper training, adequate safety protocols, and fair wages.

We accept returns on any non-personalised items with 14 days of delivery.
No personalised items include, template design wax seals, envelopes etc.
Unfortunately we don’t accept returns on personalised items.
Cancellations: accepted
Request a cancellation: within 12 hours of purchase, provided your item hasn’t already been printed and/or dispatched.
